Faulty Item Returns:

If you receive a faulty item, we are here to assist you. Before returning the item, it is essential to have your case assessed and approved by our Customer Service Department. To initiate the process, please contact our team at [email protected]. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RMA) number along with any other necessary instructions. In some cases, we may request photos or videos of the item to facilitate the return process.


Once the return is authorized, it is your responsibility to securely package the product to prevent any damage during transit. Failure to do so may impact the resolution options available, including repairs, replacements, or store credit, as determined by our discretion. If the product is unusable upon receipt or has a major fault, you have the option to choose a full refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. Refunds typically take up to 6 business days to process, and in the case of a replacement, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.


Freight arrangements for returning the item may vary depending on the time since the purchase. If the item was purchased within 60 days, GT Shine may provide return details at no cost to you (where applicable). After this 60-day period, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receiving the item at our service department, the inspection and resolution process should take no longer than 6 business days.


Please note that some products may require ordering parts from suppliers, and while most parts arrive within 15 days, a few may take up to 8 weeks to arrive.


45-Day 'Change of Mind' Returns:

If you realize that you have made an error in your purchase or simply changed your mind, you may still be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a 'Change of Mind' return, please consider the following:

  1. Notify us within 45 days of receiving the item, expressing your intention to return it.
  2. Return the item at your expense in its original resaleable condition, including all tags and packaging.
  3. Ensure the item is securely packed to preserve its original and resaleable condition.
  4. The item should not be opened, used, worn, or damaged, and it should be in perfect condition upon receipt.
  5. Avoid sticking or writing on the item itself or its packaging; use only the outer postage packaging for such purposes.
  6. A 20% handling and inspection fee will apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. If the item sustains damage during transit or fails to meet the above conditions, a revised refund amount may be required.

To initiate a 'Change of Mind' return, please email us with your order number, the item/s you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our Customer Service team will respond to your email and, if applicable, provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.


Undelivered Packages/Returned to Sender:

Our local courier makes multiple attempts to deliver packages. If any item is returned to GT Shine due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the following fees will apply:

  • Delivery costs will not be refunded.
  • A 20% handling and restocking fee will be deducted.
